My scale read 111 this morning. I’m honestly in awe. I haven’t weighted that in, since high school haha.

My muscle has probably deteriorated lol rugby season is gonna kick my ass :0

I’ve been eating really healthy and exercising everyday. I went for a late night run last night. It felt great to run in the cool darkness.

Now to tone and build my endurance :)

I feel great.
